Microsoft Teams Phone is a secure, encrypted cloud-based calling solution that integrates with our existing Teams application. In addition to making normal Teams to Teams calls, now with advanced calling features, you can:
- Call and receive landline and mobile phone calls.
- Dial using a simple dial pad or Search for contacts by name.
- Access voicemail from Teams, email, or Teams desk phone; and Customize your greeting.
- Transfer calls, place them on hold, or even switch mid-call between devices.
- And much more!
Talk Your Way
- Use the Teams application on your office computer and use your device's speaker and microphone or use your personal headphones (if compatible) or a VSU-issued headset, if requested
- Use a Teams-certified desk phone, if requested
- Use your smartphone, laptop, or tablet that has internet access and the Teams app installed

Customize your Teams Phone Experience
Access Teams Calls Settings to modify options, such as voicemail, ringtones, notifications and more:
Desk Phone
• App Settings: On Home screen, tap Initials or Profile Image > tap Settings (App settings)
• Device Settings: Press the physical Menu button
