Mark Holtzclaw is a professional consultant in public administration and information systems with 30 years of experience working in Florida, Georgia, and Ohio. Highlights include serving in child welfare and public health positions with the Florida departments of Children and Families and Public Health, consulting with Georgia Department of Human Resources, and consulting with Ohio Departments of Medicaid, Mental Health, and Transportation. He joined the Political Science Department in 2013 as an instructor, teaching project management for public administration. He is also a volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol – U.S. Air Force Auxiliary (Major - 8 years), and in his second year as Ohio Wing Director of Aerospace Education.
